Experience
Writing and psychology are lifelong passions that often compliment one another. I've finished a 325-page memoir under the tutelage of MFA teachers with whom I honed my writing skills. I've written scores of academic papers and essays, as well as some fiction. I've created and/or edited manuals, newsletters, articles, and promotional materials. Trained as a psychotherapist, I have enjoyed working with school age children in play therapy and with adolescents as a social worker and counselor. I attune well to kids and enthusiastically partner with them in learning and growing. I also like to work with college-age and adult students.
